Queer Lifting

Learn to lift weights safely and confidently in a supportive, queer-centered space. This in-person series is created specifically for the queer community — because who doesn’t want to lift with a crew of queer folks every week?

These classes are waiting for you...

In this 4-week in-person series, you’ll learn to:

  • Lift barbells and use gym equipment safely

  • Unlock your truest, most confident self

  • Build strength and improve mobility

  • Feel more connected to your body

Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday, 7–8 PM, at Wild + United Athletics.

Queer Mobility

5-Week Mobility Series

Over the course of five weeks, you’ll work on improving your joints’ active range of motion through targeted exercises designed to enhance your movement.

Mobility training is key to preventing injuries by improving controlled range of motion during activities like running, jumping, and lifting. If you’re often stiff, want to boost your athletic performance, struggle with poor posture, or are prone to injuries, this class is perfect for you.

Classes are held every Tuesday from 7–8 PM at Wild + United Athletics.
