Align & Shine 2.0

  • This is an 8-week prehabilitation program designed to be completed before gender-affirming top surgery. This resource offers the tools, motivation, and accountability to help you get strong and feel confident before going under the knife. With strength workouts, mobility routines, and additional tips, Mal is here with you every step of the way.

  • Through a carefully crafted series of mobility routines, this program will empower you to improve your movement patterns, reduce stiffness and improve your range of motion. You don’t have to live with daily tightness any longer. Join today!

Heal & Restore

  • 60 Day Program.

  • You do not need to struggle during the post-op journey like so many folks do. Spend 60-days learning mobility exercises to restore your range of motion post top surgery. Say goodbye to the T-rex arms and hello to a whole new confident you! Please do not start this program until you are cleared by your surgeon for all activity . This typically varies anywhere between 4-8 weeks post-op.

Queer Lifting

Learn to lift weights safely and confidently in a supportive, queer-centered space. This in-person series is created specifically for the queer community — because who doesn’t want to lift with a crew of queer folks every week?

In this 4-week in-person series, you’ll learn to:

  • Lift barbells and use gym equipment safely

  • Unlock your truest, most confident self

  • Build strength and improve mobility

  • Feel more connected to your body

Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday, 7–8 PM, at Wild + United Athletics.

Queer Mobility

5-Week Mobility Series

Over the course of five weeks, you’ll work on improving your joints’ active range of motion through targeted exercises designed to enhance your movement.

Mobility training is key to preventing injuries by improving controlled range of motion during activities like running, jumping, and lifting. If you’re often stiff, want to boost your athletic performance, struggle with poor posture, or are prone to injuries, this class is perfect for you.

Classes are held every Tuesday from 7–8 PM at Wild + United Athletics.
